Compensation & Perks That Shine

• $100K–$140K annual salary (based on experience & schedule)
• 4-day workweek for full-time associates (with flexible scheduling!)
• Pro-sal pay structure with production bonuses
• Simple IRA with 3% match
• CE allowance
• Insurance & licensing fees covered
• 2–4 weeks paid vacation
• NO on-call. NO weekends.
• Hours: M–F, 9:00am–7:00pm (but we usually wrap up by 5!)
